At DigDent, we stand behind every product we sell. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Opened resin bottles are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons
• Defective items are eligible for full replacement or refund

How to Request a Return

Contact us at digdentt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer or cash pickup.

Technical Issues

If your printer or equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We provide free technical support and will replace defective units.
